To begin this side quest, fast travel to the Rosa Isabelle Street Entrance Stargazer in Chapter 6. Head forward under the stone bridge and take the stairs to reach an upper balcony where an illuminated window is located. Interact with the window to speak with the Old Lady, who expresses her deep desire to taste a bottle of La Bleiwies wine one last time.
Finding the La Bleiwies Wine Location
The required item is located deeper into the game in Chapter 7 inside the Lorenzini Arcade cellar. Navigate through the sprawling facility until you reach the wine cellar area housing a dangerous jester puppet enemy. After defeating or bypassing the enemy, collect the bottle of La Bleiwies wine resting inside the cellar room.
Returning the Wine and Claiming Your Rewards
Once you have secured the wine, return to the Rosa Isabelle Street Entrance Stargazer and approach the window. Hand over the bottle of La Bleiwies to the Old Lady, who will offer her sincere gratitude. In return for completing her request, she rewards you with the Venigni Commemorative Coin.
